
Dubai bank is immediately looking to hire Contact Centre Agents. The individuals will be responsible to:
- Provide value added service to our customers through telephone in a professional manner, as per guidelines and procedures
- Take pride in taking inbound calls from customers and consumers as per the bank’s standards
- Provide accurate, relevant and timely information to enquiries
- Perform transactions as per customer requests and as per the bank’s policies
- Attend to other related tasks as advised by seniors from time to time
- Safegaurd the bank by following policies, procedures and management instructions
Experience Required:
- Speaks Arabic and English fluently is a must
- Verbal Communication
- Fast Learning
- Team Work
- Flexibility and discipline in coming to work on shifts on time
- Customer service orientation
Qualification:
At least high school or equivalent
Excellent Salary package
Preference will be given to UAE nationals.
