Dubai bank is immediately looking to hire Contact Centre Agents. The individuals will be responsible to:

  • Provide value added service to our customers through telephone in a professional manner, as per guidelines and procedures
  • Take pride in taking inbound calls from customers and consumers as per the bank’s standards
  • Provide accurate, relevant and timely information to enquiries
  • Perform transactions as per customer requests and as per the bank’s policies
  • Attend to other related tasks as advised by seniors from time to time
  • Safegaurd the bank by following policies, procedures and management instructions

Experience Required:

  • Speaks Arabic and English fluently is a must
  • Verbal Communication
  • Fast Learning
  • Team Work
  • Flexibility and discipline in coming to work on shifts on time
  • Customer service orientation

Qualification:

At least high school or equivalent

Excellent Salary package

Preference will be given to UAE nationals.
