KMB will start operations by and of 2008 and will offer the market a full range of financial products and services in the micro sector, including credit for working capital, household needs, home improvement , transportation and emergency financing and deposit products such as checking, saving, certificates of deposit and a programmed savings account. REGIONAL MANAGERS:

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA/MCom/MSc Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of Banking Experience at Managerial level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills.

BRANCH MANAGERS:

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA/MCom/MSc Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of Banking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills.

CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
  • Minimum 1 year Banking Experience in Operations/Customer Services Department.

LOAN OFFICERS (MALE & FEMALE):

  • Minimum Qualification: BCom
  • Experience not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to do field work.

SALES OFFICERS:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
  • 1 year selling / Marketing Experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to do field work.

HEAD TELLERS:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
  • Minimum 1 year Banking Experience as a teller.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills.
