JOB PURPOSE
Undertake credit risk analysis and assessment of existing & fresh accounts to mitigate the Bank’s risk.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Carry out risk analysis of credit proposals under guidance of SBP Prudential Regulations & Bank’s own Credit Hand Book. Recommend watch-listing of risky accounts that are showing over dues or repeated discrepancies. Hind-Sight reviews to ensure that the reviewing process is comprehensive and covers all aspects of credit proposal.
- Finalize Credit Proposals from all concerned quarters within shortest possible time to maintain TAT.
- Coordinate with field to swiftly resolve all outstanding issues & queries in order to facilitate the chain of reviewing process.
- Regular monitoring & Compliance follow-ups of special approval terms of allocated accounts to mitigate risk.
- Proper maintenance & up-gradation of customer credit files.Conduct client calls in order to verify customer financing needs and unit conditions.
Knowledge and Skills
Bachelors.
Experience Profile0-2 years of job experience preferably in the banking sector.
Behavioral Competencies
Should be a team-worker, hard-working and responsible.
