The management has taken up a major restructuring programme to put the Bank on a viable and self-sustained basis, to operate on commercial lines to expand its outreach.

In order to achieve objectives of strengthening the business and the service delivery mechanism, high-caliber and result-oriented individuals are required to assume the role in the officer cadre in the field.

Bank accordingly plans to recruit young talented and committed persons from the specified areas where they will be required to serve as Mobile Credit Officer who are capable to ride motorcycles and having valid Motorcycle License. They will be assigned field duties to carry-out Bank’s business in selected towns/villages falling within the jurisdiction of the branch by making disbursement in sound and innovative schemes, bringing recoveries and mobilizing resources. The selected candidates will preferably be posted in the Bank Zone of their declared permanent residence. Accordingly, selection of candidates shall be made on Zone-wise basis keeping in view the available vacancies. The vacancies would be available in the field offices of the following Bank’s Zones i.e. (i) Multan (District Multan & Lodhran) (ii) Vehari (District Vehari & Khanewal) (iii) D.G. Khan (District D.G. Khan & Rajanpur) (iv) Bahawalpur (District Bahawalpur & Bahawalnagar) (v) Muzaffargarh (District Muzaffargarh & Layyah) (vi) R.Y. Khan.

The selected candidates will be offered a gross monetized salary of Rs.16000/- per month. Annual merit increase will depend on the level of performance.
